King’s Endoscopy Submucosal Dissection Hands-on Course

Unfortunately we have had to take the decision to postpone the King’s Live 2020 hands on courses due to the current uncertainty surrounding the pandemic and future lockdown restrictions. We are currently looking to reschedule in January when we hope the restrictions have been lifted and will share details with you as soon as they are confirmed. The hands-on Masterclasses, give you a chance to get hands on training with some of the best surgeons in the UK. Details will be shared as soon as possible on the new dates.
The course will consist of:  
  • Faculty presentations covering indications for ESD and differing methods of the technique

  • Demonstrations of these techniques by the ESD experts using ex vivo and animate models

  • Intensive hands-on experience with expert faculty

  • Hands on experience with ESD knives and diathermy

This course is designed for advanced GI Endoscopists and Surgeons who are interested in learning the most advanced techniques in mucosal resection.

The course will commence with sessions on: Indications and Techniques of ESD, Lesion Selection for ESD followed by a demonstration of an ESD procedure by the expert faculty. The second half of the course will provide attendees with the chance to get to grips with the various techniques under the watchful eye of the faculty.
